Hi Rock'n'rollers.

Well here it is, our 5th great value rock'n'roll party weekend for 2009,

This time we have decided to go to Torquay the english riviera,right in the middle of summer and you will be staying at the stunning victoria hotel, and we have booked the exclusive use of the warwick ballroom with its 2000 square feet maple sprung dance floor for the duration of our stay.

We have decided to limit the places for this event to just 110 places, of which 67 have already been booked, so we only have 43 places remaining.this means that half the places have been sold already,so hurry if you want to come along,and book your place.

What Will it cost

The basic price is £168.00 per person based on two adults sharing a standard double or twin bedded room,3 night duration.

Please Note  double rooms will be allocated on a  first come, first served basis,so early booking is a must for these rooms.

2 Nignt Option The cost is £126.00 per person,based on 2 adults sharing a twin or double bedded room, friday & saturday evening, depart by 11.00am on sunday morning

Single rooms are subject to a supplement of £10.00 which must be added to the basic price.if you check with the hotel you will see that the single supplement is £10.00 per night, so we have done a deal on these rooms,at our own expense, these rooms will be limited to just 10 up for sale.and we now only have 3 rooms remaining, once the remaining rooms have been sold we will no longer be able to subsidize single rooms, and the rate for single rooms will increase to £198.00

Riviera sea view rooms will carry a supplement of £8.00 per person per night,which must be added to the basic cost,and booked in advance

Travel insurance

The hotel strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance,we can arrange this for you at a cost of £10.00 per person and will give you 4 days cover,and this will be arranged with travel insurance specialists P.J.hayman & co ltd

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

A deposit of £40.00 per person is payable on booking, plus £10.00 per person travel insurance if required, the balance is due not less than 72 days before the event

This weekend break is arranged by bristol jive club and is subject to our reservation conditions.
