Rip Dave Cole,

Dave you will be missed by everyone that knew you, you will always have a chair at our table and a place in our hearts, keep us all a cheese roll, as we have a long journey ahead of us, from all at bristol jive club.

I will allways remember the fun times we had,the sad times of lost friends,the places we have been to,and the jokes you used to play on me,there will allways be an empty chair at the bawa next to me,no one could ask for a better friendship that what we had,people used to think that we were married which used to make us laugh, you were closer to me than my own family i will miss you forever,gone but never forgotton,kisses from tiger,xxxxxxxx

We only knew Dave a few years but in that time we grew to love and respect him. He always made us welcome at his table and he made room for us within his wide circle of friends. He was a lovely man and he will stay in our hearts forever. Goodbye Dearest Granddad Dave. Our thoughts are with his family and dearest friends.

I only met Dave half a dozen times through rock n roll and friends but i would like to say what a wonderful man he was,my sympathy goes out to all his family and friends.

dear sweet dave me keith,emma and shawn will miss you so much.you my friend had such a big a loving heart..thank you being part of our life.thank you for all the special things you have done for me keith and the children .if i could have given you an award.it would be because of whom you are ,an adopted grandad ,the sweetest father christmas ever .a wonderful and caring man .gonna miss you so much i will always remember the good times.take care rest in peace .till we meet again .have a safe journey .love tracey

Rather than a message to Dave, this is one from us to everyone who has been so kind in our time of great sadness. To those who have posted messages, to those who were able to come to and make his funeral such a lovely affair, to those who just remember him for the wonderful guy he was and always will be - THANK YOU.

Well another weekend upon us, you will be missed in the cafe first thing, then in the queen vic, guess this time we wont get that laugh as you wobble across the floor after one to many cider's, and none of your secret shots.
